The Employees Providnet Fund Oranisation is in the process of introducing submission of online claims forms for transfer of Provident Fund Account of its members. This facility will enable the member to fill up the online transfer claim form on the Online Transfer Claim Portal (OTCP)
The employers are requested to get their Digital Signature registered on the EPFO employer’s portal under the link Online Transfer Claim Portal (Registration of Digital Signatures).  In case of any further clarification in this regard, the Nodal Officer is available on Mobile No. 9510986792 or 079-27542084/27542087 [Ext-350].
A help desk for responding the queries regarding Online claims Portal is also available at 1800-118-005 (Toll free) [09:45 AM to 05:30 PM on working days for next two months].

• View transfer requests from Members.

• Verify details from your records.

• Approve information using digital signature.

• An Additional feature to complement existing paper claim process.

• Multiple authorised signatories can use the facility to verify and approve claim requests.

You can see all such claim requests with ease, verify/correct member details, approve and submit the requests online through this portal. For online submission of the claims, the Digital signature (Class II or above) of the authorized person is required.
